These terms apply to the websites and services of Diamond West Inc., operating as Diamond Driveways, Diamond Epoxy Flooring and Diamond Painting (“Diamond Driveways”, “we”, “us”). By using diamonddriveways.ca, requesting an estimate, or agreeing to receive text messages from us, you accept these terms.

1. Our services

We provide driveway sealing and repair, epoxy flooring, and painting services to residential and commercial customers in Calgary, Edmonton and surrounding areas in Alberta. Information on this website describes our services in general. Pricing, scope and scheduling for your project are set out in the written estimate and contract we provide to you.

2. Estimates and contracts

• An estimate request through our website, by phone or in person is not a booking. A job is booked only when a contract is signed and the deposit is paid.
• Estimates are based on the information available at the time and may change if the site conditions differ from what was described or seen.
• Deposits, payment terms, cancellation, warranty and any cooling-off period are governed by the contract you sign with us. Where the contract and these terms differ, the contract applies.

3. Text messaging (SMS) program

When you give us your mobile number by our website form, by phone, or in person, and agree to receive texts, we may send you text messages about your estimate and your project: appointment confirmations, reminders, scheduling updates, and follow-ups about the work you asked about. We do not send marketing text blasts.

• Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can request an estimate or hire us without agreeing to receive texts.
• Message frequency varies depending on your project. Most customers receive a few messages around their appointment.
• Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
• To stop: reply STOP to any message and you will be unsubscribed. You will receive one final message confirming this.
• For help: reply HELP to any message, or contact us using the details below.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Our own staff may also receive internal text alerts from our systems as part of their work.

4. Your information

How we collect, use and protect your personal information, including your mobile number, is described in our Privacy Policy. We do not share or sell your personal information, including your mobile phone number and text messaging consent, with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or lead generation purposes.

5. Using this website

• The content on this website, including text, photos, logos and designs, belongs to Diamond West Inc. or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
• You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or submit false or misleading information through our forms.
• We may change the website and these terms at any time. The date at the top shows the current version.

6. Limitation of liability

This website and its content are provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Diamond West Inc. is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the website or reliance on its general information. Our responsibilities for work we perform are set out in your contract and warranty.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply in Alberta. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Alberta.
